Refund Policy

Customers have 14 days from the shipping date to return items for a full refund.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • With all original tags attached

Items returned outside of the 14-day window will not be accepted.


Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Faulty items must be unworn and in original condition

  • Once approved, we will offer either:

    • A full refund, or

    • A replacement, subject to stock availability


Size Exchanges

We understand the importance of finding the correct fit.

  • Size exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and with original tags attached

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Sale & Black Friday Items

All items purchased during Black Friday, sale periods, or promotional events are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-exchangeable

All sale purchases are final.


Discounted Items

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are offered on discounted items.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

  • We are unable to amend shipping addresses once an order has been processed

  • GODMADECLO is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We do not offer free returns

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
