Returns Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
1. Access the Returns Portal: Click the link in the RETURNS tab on our website or go directly here: https://start.atlast.co/
2. Verify Your Email: Enter your email address and verify it by following the instructions. This step is required to proceed.
3. Select Your Order: Once your email is verified, enter your order number. Your purchased items will appear.
4. Choose Items to Return: Select the specific product(s) you wish to return.
5. Receive Your QR Code: After completing these steps, you will receive an email with a QR code.
6. Return at Your Local Post Office: Take the QR code to your nearest Post Office. They will generate a return label and attach it to your parcel.
Items returned outside of the 14-day window will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Customers have 14 days from the shipping date to return items for a full refund.
Returned items must be:

Shipping Address Accuracy
